1. No Returns

All sales made through Joyskart are final.

We do not accept returns for products purchased through our website due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations.

Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, images, specifications, and measurements before placing an order.

2. No Refunds

Joyskart follows a strict no-refund policy.

Once an order has been confirmed, processed, and dispatched, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Personal preference issues

  • Delay caused by courier services beyond our control

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

3. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products

A replacement may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Product received is physically damaged during transit.

  • Wrong product received.

To be eligible for a replacement request:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the package and product must be provided.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Joyskart reserves the right to verify claims before approving any replacement.

No replacement requests will be accepted after the specified reporting period.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not entered the processing stage.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Joyskart shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Customer unavailable for delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery

no refund will be issued.

Any re-dispatch of the order may require additional shipping charges.
